How I look after your information
Last updated 29 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information Run On AI collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I've kept it in plain English.
Who I am
Run On AI is a trading name of Oliver Mitchell Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11185709). Registered office: C/O Seftons, 135–143 Union Street, Oldham OL1 1TE.
Oliver Mitchell Ltd is the "controller" of your personal information. To ask anything about your data, use the contact form or email ollie@runonai.co.uk.
What I collect and why
| When you… | I collect | I use it to | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ask for the free guide | Your full name and email address | Send you the guide and up to five follow-up emails about the course and builds | Your consent. Every email has a way to stop them. |
| Send a message | Your name, contact details and what you write | Reply to you | Legitimate interests (answering your question) |
| Book a call | Your name, email, the time you choose and anything you tell me about your business | Hold the call and recommend what suits you | Taking steps at your request before a contract |
| Buy the course or a build | Your name, email and payment record. Card details go straight to Stripe; I never see them. | Deliver what you've bought, support you and keep tax records | Contract, and legal obligation for tax records |
| Have an assistant built | The access and business details needed for the build, set up on your own accounts | Build, test and support your assistant | Contract. A separate agreement covers this. |
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for anything you haven't signed up for.
Who helps me run things
I use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They only handle your information to provide their service to me:
- Tally: the free guide and contact forms
- Google Workspace: email and calendar
- Notion: my list of enquiries and customers
- Stripe: card payments
- Calendly and Zoom: booking and holding calls
- Netlify: hosting this website
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: counting visits to this website, without cookies and without identifying you
- Anthropic (Claude): my AI assistant, which helps me sort enquiries and draft replies. I check every email before it's sent, and my account settings stop my conversations being used to train AI models.
Some of these companies are based in, or store data in, the USA or the EU. Where information leaves the UK, it's protected by UK adequacy regulations, the UK–US data bridge or standard contract clauses approved for UK data.
How long I keep it
- Free guide signups and enquiries: up to two years after we were last in touch, then deleted.
- Customers: six years after the end of the tax year you bought in, because HMRC requires it.
- Call notes: for as long as you're a customer or prospect, then deleted with the rest of your record.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- send you a copy of the information I hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless I have to keep it by law
- stop using it for marketing, at any time
- restrict or object to how I use it
- send it to you or another business in a usable format
Ask using the contact form or ollie@runonai.co.uk. I'll reply within one month, and there's no charge.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track individual visitors; it only gives me totals, such as how many people viewed a page and which site they came from. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares its IP address with Google when the page loads. The forms are run by Tally and payments by Stripe, which have their own privacy notices.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this notice changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
